This is scary. I don’t know what to say, either. Not just about the girl but I wonder if defense attorneys can/will use this in the future to base their case. If a judge can say that a 12 year old girl was “already sexualized” well I guess the judge can say a 35 year old is “already sexualized” in terms of rape.
UGH.
